Prolift Access managing director Andy Pearson is delighted with the company’s IPAF Rental+ certification
Prolift Access have been named as an IPAF Rental+ company in recognition of their excellent customer service and safety record.
IPAF awards the independent quality mark to member rental companies that meet high standards in customer service, safety, staff training, contract terms and machine inspection.
Prolift, which now has a hire fleet of more than 650 units across four depots, have been awarded the certificate following visits and assessments by industry experts.
Prolift managing director Andy Pearson said: “We are working with more and more blue chip companies, and it is important we can assure our customers that we will carry out our services to the highest quality.
“I am delighted to receive IPAF Rental+ certification, which is a well recognised seal of approval within the powered access rental industry and is just reward for all our staff’s hard work.”
Prolift Access have also recently been named as an official SMAS Worksafe Contractor after demonstrating an excellent health and safety record in meeting strict criteria set by the HSE.

Prolift Access has launched a new indemnity scheme to offer hire customers cover against machine damage charges.
Prolift+ Business Cover is available to all customers without Hired In Plant Insurance, and has two options to choose from.
Standard Business Cover offers customers protection against accidental damage, while Premier Business Cover gives a more comprehensive protection which also includes vandalism, malicious damage, fire and theft.
All Prolift Access machines are hired out under IPAF terms and conditions of hire, whereby the HIRER is responsible for the loss of, or damage to, the equipment hired.
The costs of damage in use can be extremely high and, if the machine is lost or stolen, the full replacement cost of the machine would be charged. For full details on the scheme including a list of FAQs and details, print or download our Prolift+ Cover information sheet.
All new customers without Hired In Plant Insurance will automatically be placed onto Standard Cover. Existing customers can also contact their local depot if they wish to take advantage of the scheme.
New or existing customers who feel they have sufficient cover in place and wish to opt out of Prolift+ Cover should contact our accounts department and supply a copy of their Hired In Plant Insurance policy.
