Due to expansion, we are looking for a new administration assistant within our busy service and maintenance department.
Working alongside our engineering manager, the successful candidate will be well organised with strong English and numerical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
He or she will be able to confidently organise service and repair jobs for customer-owned powered access machinery, and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to invoicing.
Day-to-day responsibilities of this new full-time role include:
- Organising and booking service jobs
- Customer invoicing
- Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone
- Office administration
Experience in the powered access or plant hire sectors would be beneficial, but not essential as full training can be given.
This new position will be based at our main office in Wellington, and it’s an exciting time to be joining Prolift Access with our move to new purpose-built premises just off J26 of the M5.
